Stephen M Conroy is an award-winning technical and regulatory writer with a long history of success across a diverse range of fields. He is known for a strong focus on simplification and adaptability of documents, as well as User Experience (UX) and Internationalization.
He has written numerous internal and customer-facing manuals and spec sheets, ranging from 1 to 1,300+ pages, worked in fields ranging from defense industry and tech-sector to local government, and everything in between. He also has extensive experience in Project Management, particularly governmental- and navigating and writing submissions for state and federal agencies such as environmental reviews and historic district variances. He has received national awards for several of his projects, previously worked as a Director of Capital Planning and Development for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is also a US Army Veteran.
